Vice President and Legal Counsel

Michele Mann graduated from McGeorge School of Law. She primarily practices in estate planning, wills & Trusts , Probate and general business law, and has represented both large and small corporations and consumers in a variety of employment, business litigation, and consulting matters.

She opened her practice in May, 1999 after many years of experience defending major liability claims for large and small corporations, partnerships, and sole proprietorships including claims for wrongful termination, insurance bad faith, and professional errors and omissions issues. Her unique litigation background includes actively defending large-class parties in multiple, simultaneously tracked class action suits.
